Beginner
Age: 4–6 years
Who it’s for: Children who are new to gymnastics
Focus:

Building foundational strength

Improving flexibility

Developing coordination through fun and structured activities
Schedule: Weekly, 1-hour sessions
Goal: To introduce gymnastics in a fun and engaging way, building confidence and motor skills.
Pre Squad
Age: 7+ years

Who it’s for: Children looking to develop skills — including those new to gymnastics

Focus:

Developing strength, flexibility, and coordination

Introducing fundamental gymnastics techniques

Building confidence and preparing for progression to squad-level training
​
Schedule: 1 or 2 times per week, 1 hour per session
​
Goal: To support both beginners and experienced gymnasts in building a strong foundation for future development.


Club Squad
Mini & Bronze
Age: Invitation-only (based on ability)

Who it’s for: Gymnasts ready to begin competition level training
​
Focus:

Building a wide range of gymnastics skills

Learning and practising routines
-
Improving strength, flexibility, and coordination
​
Schedule: 2 training sessions per week
​
Goal: To help gymnasts progress and enjoy the challenge of structured training and occasional competitions.
Club Squad
Silver & Gold
Age: Invitation-only (based on ability)

Who it’s for: Gymnasts selected to take part in club and regional-level competitions
Focus:

Refining skills and routines

Practising advanced techniques at a comfortable pace

Gaining confidence in performing
Schedule: 2–3 training sessions per week
Goal: To support gymnasts who enjoy performing and want to experience local and regional competitions in a positive, encouraging environment.
